Craftscale is a small, senior, globally distributed product studio. Our team has spent a decade or more shipping software inside startups and large product organisations, across consumer products, developer tooling, fintech, marketplaces and internal enterprise platforms. We bring that judgement, and the scar tissue that comes with it, to every engagement rather than rediscovering it on a client's budget.
We do not staff projects with juniors and supervise them. The people you meet in the first call are the people who design the interface, write the code and make the architecture calls. That keeps teams small, communication direct and decisions fast, and it means nothing gets lost in translation between the person who understood the problem and the person implementing the solution.
We work as co-founders rather than vendors. That means embedding in your team, arguing about the product when we disagree, committing once a decision is made, and owning the outcome as though it were ours. It also means we will tell you when a feature is not worth building, when a rewrite is premature, and when the honest answer is that you do not need an agency at all.
Being globally distributed is deliberate. It lets us hire the specific senior people a problem needs instead of the ones who happen to live near an office, and it gives engagements meaningful timezone overlap with teams in Europe and North America. We run asynchronously by default, with written decisions and short synchronous sessions where they earn their place.
Our craft bias shows up in the details: design systems that stay coherent past the first ten screens, front-end code that performs on real devices and real networks, backends that are boring in the right places, and AI systems with evaluation harnesses behind them. We care about performance, accessibility and maintainability because those are the things that decide whether a product still feels good a year after launch.
If you are looking for a senior team that can take real ownership of a product, from the strategy through to what ships on Friday, that is the studio. Tell us what you are building and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
