Tell us what you are building and where you are stuck. The more specific you can be, the more useful our reply will be: the stage you are at, the outcome you need, the constraints you are working inside, and the timeline you are working toward. We read every message ourselves, and we come back with a straight answer about whether we are the right team for the work.
Good moments to get in touch include having a thesis and funding but no product team yet, having a product with early customers where the architecture or the design has become the bottleneck, needing AI built into a product properly rather than demonstrated, or needing a senior team to take ownership of a build while you focus on the market.
We also say no when it is the honest answer. If the work needs a different specialism, if the timeline is not achievable at a quality we would stand behind, or if you would genuinely be better served by hiring in-house, we will tell you that in the first conversation rather than three months into an engagement.
What happens next is simple. You send us a note, we reply within a couple of business days, and we set up a call to dig into the problem. If it looks like a fit we follow up with a short written proposal covering scope, shape of team, timeline and cost. No procurement maze, no lengthy discovery invoice before anything useful exists.
